Terms and conditions

Prices and Booking Confirmation

Upon request of the studio hire, we will send a Booking Confirmation form for you, the client to complete and return. A deposit of 30% is required to book the studio. The remainder of the fee, including charges for additional services, should be settled by the client on or before 12pm on the last day of the studio hire. Please note there is not V.A.T. to pay.

Studio Time

The booking is for 9 hours, i.e. 9am - 6pm, unless arranged otherwise. Overtime for the studio is charged at £40 per hour if pre-booked, £45 if it's on the day. Overtime after midnight will be charged at triple rate. If booking by the hour please note the minimum booking is 2 hours. All shooting must be finished by the end of the session with half an hour allocated for kit wrap.

Facilities

The client is responsible for clearing and cleaning the studio and facilities on completion of the shoot. Failure to do so will result in an additional £50 being charged. If studio equipment is damaged or broken, a charge will be incurred for the replacement of the damaged piece(s).

Cancellations

For editorial account holders if the booking is cancelled in less than 24 hours the full amount will be charged. For normal bookings if there is a cancellation in less than 48 hours the deposit will not be returned. For cancellations in less than 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.
